1. providing the Customer Account service in the Online Store www.sklep.mbprint.pl, the free Contact Form service, and making available the service of placing orders for products offered in the Online Store www.sklep.mbprint.pl. The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
2. providing printing services offered in the Online Store www.sklep.mbprint.pl. The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
3. marketing purposes – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of MB print – marketing of its own products and services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
4. sending commercial information electronically – only if the User expresses Consent. The legal basis for data processing is consent (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract via the Online Store www.sklep.mbprint.pl.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, and after this period for the purposes and for the time and to the extent required by law or for securing potential claims, or until the granted consent is withdrawn.

The recipients of personal data are:

3. tpay.com service belonging to Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. with its registered office in Poznań – an entity providing online payment services;
4. Autopay.pl service belonging to Autopay S.A. with its registered office in Sopot – an entity providing online payment services;
5. Przelewy24.pl service belonging to PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań – an entity providing online payment services;
6. accounting office.

5. User Rights

Every person, to the extent resulting from legal provisions, has the right to access their personal data and to rectify, erase, or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and also the right to withdraw granted consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
